This actually started as a mad idea for a cross collaboration with my friend Martin (owner of ROOR glass) while in Amsterdam. The idea was brought up again later in Germany and sure enough after contacting the right people I found out that the deal was doable.

Mark (Martin’s son) and I flew to Los Angeles where we presented the art-piece to B Real from Cypress Hill! What an experience…such a chill guy and he showed us to a really nice dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse in Beverly Hills (which had some of the best beef ribs ive ever had).

Im very pleased to see that both ROOR and the Cypress Hill crews have a solid working / sponsorship relationship in which the term “pure smoke culture” truly applies, and the long lasting fruitful relationship develops further.

Keep an eye out for custon ROOR / Cypress Hill pieces in 2008 aswell as some new ROOR music with Howard Marks and B Real, not to mention the sick garms ROOR Limited (A project between Marc ROOR & myself) which we will be doing!

It will most definately be a good look for the ROOR family in 2008 !

A collaboration of like minded people who occasionally enjoy a low frequency bassline decide to see if Milton Keynes is ready for the Dubstep massive.

Our first attempt at a night (which got canceled because the venue pulled out!) was:

Due to unforseen circumstances this first attempt was a no-go.  Weve got other dates scheduled in December and in the new year, so watch out for some more Dubstep action here in the home counties…
